Lauren combines her life time love of dogs with health and fitness. She is a four season girl, embracing all New England weather has to offer! She is happy to run or walk with her four-legged friends, and will customize a program for each
of her clients. Lauren is always training for something (three completed marathons, so far), does crossfit and hill workouts. Who knows? Your dog could get in better shape than you! Lauren truly feels lucky that she gets to work with dogs; she values and respects her packs of dogs and their families and the joy she helps bring to their lives.
